## 2. Products

All ceramics sold on this Website are handmade by the seller in France. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in shape, colour, and glaze are normal and part of what makes each piece unique — they are not considered defects.

Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

## 3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed separately at checkout.

Prices may be updated at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

## 4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided (name, address, email, payment details) is accurate.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. The sale is final upon receipt of full payment.

The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified by email and any payment made will be refunded in full.

## 5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

All transactions are encrypted. The seller does not store your card details.

## 6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from France. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or events outside our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

## 7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days** of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
